Tualatin Valley Church
...a church belonging to Christ.  
There are many descriptive phrases found in the Bible for local congregations, "the church at Sardis", "The Way", "the church of God", “the churches of Christ”, to name a few. The names describe local groups of Christians who trusted in Jesus and obeyed His teachings. They were "undenominational" in that they simply followed the teachings of Jesus recorded in the Gospels and the Apostles letters. We live by no creed of men and only seek to live by the Word. We strive to observe and practice "that  form of teaching" established for faithful Christians in the first century.  

A FAMILY OF GOD
We recognize the need for each other and are growing into A FAMILY. Just like a physical FAMILY, we are imperfect. We are striving daily to be more like Jesus and we count on FAMILY support to help us on the journey.   This is all we are and all we claim to be. We intend to follow the Bible and nothing but the Bible. We are developing a relationship with Jesus. We are developing a releationship with brothers and sisters in Christ. We are developing into A FAMILY belonging to God.  That ought to appeal to every person wanting to go to heaven. MID-WEEK BIBLE STUDY
Are you interested in a small group Bible study near you? We meet together on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm. Early Christians learned more about God by discussing His word together.  They counted on each other and grew into THE FAMILY of God. Are you tired of assemblies where the Bible is never opened and participation is not allowed? Consider visiting with a group that reads the Bible together and seeks to apply it to their lives.  We will even have children's classes too. The kids will study the things of God on their level so the whole family will be encouraged.
